About the Role :
We are seeking a strategic and techno-commercial leader to join as a Territory Sales Manager (TSM). The ideal candidate will drive large enterprise deals, develop integrated technology-led solutions, and build deep CXO-level relationships across industries.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership — from opportunity identification and solution design to deal closure — across Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, Data & AI, Consulting, and Project Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with client offerings.
Identify, shape, and close complex multi-million-dollar opportunities (>
$10M TCV).
Translate customer business requirements into customized, outcome-driven solutions.
Lead solution estimation, pricing, and risk assessment for proposals.
Build sustainable CXO relationships and act as a trusted digital transformation advisor.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Global teams to secure internal approvals and ensure successful deal execution.
Represent the organization in client meetings — spending 50–70% time on customer engagements.
Required Skills & Experience
18–22 years of techno-commercial sales experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Cloud Infrastructure.
Proven ability to conceptualize and close enterprise deals >
$10M TCV.
Strong CXO connects and executive-level influencing skills.
Deep understanding of Infrastructure, Public & Private Cloud, Applications, Platforms, Automation, and emerging technologies.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary bid teams and craft differentiated technical and commercial solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Education : B.E / B. Tech / MCA / MBA from a reputed institute.
Ideal Background
Professionals from Big 4 consulting firms or Tier-1 technology service providers with experience in Solution Sales, Presales, or Strategic Account Management.
