Key Deliverables :
- Onboard new employees for customers, including verification, benefits setup, and enrollments.
- Conduct filings and registrations with government agencies for customers.
- Build, review, and improve operational processes, including creating how-to documentation.
- Research process requirements for new products and countries and contribute feedback to improve operations.
Role Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end operational process for benefits enrollments.Analyze and organize data using Google Suite or Microsoft Office, with familiarity in SFDC / JIRA / Confluence a plus.Drive improvements in customer onboarding processes, collaborating with R&D and other teams to implement automation.Maintain strong communication with internal teams, partners, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.Skills Required
