( We’re looking for s omeone who sits at the intersection of product, sourcing & brand, can spot a great idea, turn it into a real product & make sure it fits the market, the brand and the unit economics.)

What You’ll Do
- Lead NPD from idea to launch across toys / play and home-lifestyle
- Research trends, competitors, materials, and pricing
- Source vendors in India / China, manage sampling, negotiate costs
- Evaluate materials across wood, plastics, coatings, adhesives and FMCG-adjacent categories
- Build PRDs, run testing, and ensure basic quality checks
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and ops for packaging, shoots, and launches
- Own timelines, QC, documentation, and SKU lifecycle
- Drive product-market fit decisions based on D2C, Amazon, and consumer insights
Who You Are
2–6 years in NPD, category management, sourcing, or brand / NPD hybrid rolesHands-on experience launching physical products end-to-endStrong research ability and comfort working with manufacturersUnderstanding of D2C fundamentals : pricing, margins, packaging weight, logisticsAesthetic sense and high attention to detailTools : Google Sheets, Notion, basic Figma / CanvaBonus
