Purpose Of Role / Summary

The Team Lead of Data and Analytics' role oversees a cross-functional Data & Analytics team, ensuring the delivery of reliable data pipelines, dbt models, and Power BI reporting within an AWS Redshift environment. It involves managing data quality, governance, and observability, optimizing Power BI Premium, and aligning data solutions with business needs. The role also promotes best practices in CI / CD, version control, and documentation while driving collaboration with stakeholders and supporting secure system integrations.
