Job description

Spearhead project planning and execution using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation

Orchestrate sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, facilitating team collaboration and maintaining project momentum

Drive stakeholder communication , effectively managing expectations and ensuring alignment across all project phases

Leverage JIRA , Trello , and MS Project to streamline project workflows, enhancing team productivity and transparency

Conduct thorough requirement gathering and analysis , translating client needs into actionable project specifications

Oversee release and deployment planning , coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions

Facilitate technical documentation and specs writing , ensuring clear communication of project requirements and outcomes

Implement robust change management processes, minimizing disruptions and maintaining project integrity

Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and keep initiatives on track

Manage time, cost, and scope effectively, balancing project constraints to deliver optimal results
