As a Project Manager the incumbent would plan, manage, and oversee projects that enable new client onboarding and deployment of our platforms and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and success criteria are achieved while managing internal project teams for efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through onboarding, welcome calls, weekly updates, and progress reviews.
• Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding and project delivery.
• Define success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines to ensure projects remain on track.
• Oversee the daily operations of the implementation / project team, including solution architects and engineers.
• Assign tasks, manage workloads, and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain project tracking and documentation, ensuring visibility of risks and progress.
• Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions.
• Manage smooth handover from Sales to Professional Services and ensure onboarding transitions seamlessly into ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, Engineering) to eliminate blockers and meet deadlines.
• Drive results by motivating and guiding team members to deliver against critical project objectives.
