What It Takes :
8+ years of recruiting experience in mid-to-large organizations.Relentless focus on finding the best talent using diverse platforms and techniques.Strong rapport-building skills with hiring managers.Proven ability to assess talent using formal methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Deep business acumen and understanding of the enterprise software industry.Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple client demands.
