Job descriptionFacilities Management Upkeep of the Centre DailyReadiness of Centre Closure of Repair & Maintenance Tasks Adherence to Compliances & Protocols Understanding and execution in close association with Senior Team Mate - Environmental-Socio-Governance nuances Lead the CSR initiative for Center in the vicinity Active Participation in all company driven ideas and initiatives Team Player AWFIS SOP and Guidelines induction will be imparted and material shared Training on business specificSOPs and Background (eg. Collections, renewals) Share updated design and layout specs and training on Centre layout Induction session in relevant Verticals of AWFIS Scheduled Exposureto all sub groups withinthe Department to understand the key focus areas of Operations Department. Pre-Opening Process and Guidelines Exemplary Customer Service and Customer Handling skills and record An extrovert personality Aware and with keen interest in current affairs Inherent Team playing skills Ambition and drive to demonstrate continuous upgradation in skills and knowledge Enthusiasm and demonstrating noticeable participation Keento Details Ability to Demonstrate consistency in execution of Standard Procedures Witha hunger to grow with a 2 year focus on managingadditional / increased responsibility Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

The position is all about working closely with CM and / or ACM for execution and completion of routine operational tasks. The candidate will Focus on Client Handling, in all aspects, understanding Standard Operating Procedures.
