Software Technical Manager

We’re on the lookout for an

Engineering Manager

who loves the challenge of driving both

technical excellence

and

delivery success . This role is a mix of leading people, solving problems, and partnering closely with clients all while building something meaningful.

What you’ll be doing :

Owning project delivery end-to-end from planning and timelines to execution and closure.

Guiding the team on engineering best practices and scalable architecture decisions.

Coaching and mentoring engineers (and maybe QA / DevOps folks too)

Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned.

Helping improve how we build and deliver continuously.

Managing budgets, planning resources, and keeping an eye on delivery health.

What we’re hoping you bring :

Experience leading engineering teams and driving projects forward.

A solid tech background could be .NET, Java, Python, or any stack you’re hands-on with.

A good grasp of scalable systems and thoughtful architecture.

Comfort working with cross-functional teams product, design, client stakeholders.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery models.

A passion for building strong teams and a culture of quality.
