Inside Sales Representative
Location : Mumbai-Thane, India
Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly with a strong background in cold calling. The ideal candidate will excel in generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, emailing, and following up on leads.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating how firm can meet those needs.
- Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of company’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- CRM Management : Accurately record and manage all sales activities and client interactions in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing abilities.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Preferred Skills :
