We are hiring for Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive for our Organization.

IT Sales experience is mandatory.

Experience : 1- 4 years

Job Location : Vikhroli, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria (BANT Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).
  • Explain products and services, highlighting their value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and call details.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly / monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : 1-3 years in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and motivated.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in B2B / B2C lead generation.
  • Familiarity with cold calling scripts and objection handling techniques.
