Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and result-drivenSales Associateto join our team and focus on acquiring new software development projects for Delphic. Your main goal will be to identify potential business opportunities, understand client needs, and position Delphic as the ideal partner for digital solutions across a broad technology stack. Key Responsibilities : Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads across industries needing software development, ERP implementations, data solutions, cloud infrastructure, mobile apps, UI / UX design, and more. Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events). Understand the client's digital transformation challenges and propose solutions aligned with our tech stack. Collaborate with internal technical teams to craft tailored proposals and solution presentations. Engage with decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Heads, Digital Heads, Product Managers). Negotiate commercial terms and secure signed contracts. Manage and update leads, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ideal Candidate Profile : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B software / IT solution sales. Strong understanding of the following technologies is a major plus : Enterprise Solutions : D365, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Sitecore Data & Cloud : Data Engineering, Data Modelling, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, DevOps, Docker Software Development : Dotnet, Java, PHP,, Angular, React, Mobile Development : Android, Flutter, iOS, React Native AI / ML & Automation : AI / ML solutions, RPA, Python, Bubble, LLM, no-code / low-code platforms (Make, N8N, Webflow) E-commerce : Shopify, WooCommerce, Big Commerce, Wordpress UI / UX Design : Adobe XD, Figma, Product Design Testing : QA Automation, QA Manual, Load, Penetration, Performance Testing, Security Testing Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Experience using CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion). Willingness to travel (if required).
