About the Role :
We're seeking a skilled Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to drive our multi-channel advertising efforts, upskill teammates, and deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels to achieve maximum ROI.
- Create advanced targeting strategies to optimize efficiency and reach.
- Oversee and scale significant ad budgets with a focus on accountable growth.
- Analyze performance deeply, make data-driven recommendations, and present strategic plans to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, content, sales) to align paid media to business objectives.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing best practices and developing career plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ad tech innovations, and platform changes, implementing proactively in campaigns.
- Prepare clear and organized reports on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
4–6+ years of experience in paid digital advertising.A proven track record of scaling ad campaigns with mid-to-large budgets and internationally.A solid grasp of Ads Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.An understanding of the full digital advertising funnel (awareness, acquisition, retention).An analytical mindset, with the ability to turn numbers into winning strategies.A strategic thinker with leadership potential and ability to operate autonomously.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.Bonus : experience with eCommerce, marketing automation tools, or programmatic platforms.About You :
