Key Responsibilities

• Sales Recruitment : Identify, attract, and engage top IT talent for contract and full-time roles.
• Full-Life Cycle Recruiting : Manage the recruiting process from initial contact to successful placement.
• Account Management : Develop and maintain strong client partnerships for repeat business.
• Client Development : Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and expand business opportunities.
• Bench Sales Management : Ensure successful placement of candidates onto client projects, managing bench resources and supporting revenue generation.
• Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, providing a seamless hiring experience.
