Overview :
In this role, you will be a part of the InCred Capital technology team helping the Service and Operations team automate their processes and improving overall efficiency in the way business is conducted. You will play a crucial role in enabling the business to scale by removing manual processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- CRM setup and administration : You will be responsible for working with our industry leading CRM solution. You will coordinate with business users to understand their requirements and implement them on the CRM. To achieve this, you will need to have a deep understanding of the CRM product. You will need to work closely with the CRM vendor and our implementation partner
- Robotic Process Automation : You will work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities to use RPA and automate their processes. You will be required to understand Operations processes and map them to the RPA tool capabilities. You will need to work closely with with our implementation partner to implement solutions
- Business Analysis : Your work will go beyond RPA and CRM. As you start gaining an understanding of the business and processes, you will be engaged on projects where business processes need to be understood and requirement documents need to be prepared. You will be part of a team that identifies appropriate technology solutions to resolve these problems and then carry forward the implementation
Required Skills :
Experience in working with any industry leading CRM and RPA solutionStrong problem-solving skills.Ability to interact with stakeholders, understand their requirements and create documentation. Very strong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of Capital markets and investments is an added advantagePrevious experience with Zoho suite is an added advantageRequired Experience :
Worked in the area of CRM and RPA as an implementation team member for 1 to 3 years.
