Role Overview

As an Implementation Architect, you will :

• Drive customer onboarding, solutioning, and adoption of AppViewX products
• Lead implementation for automating IT Network and Public Key Infrastructure
• Maximize customer value by blending deep technical expertise with business insights

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding :

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Design Architects to implement solutions for new customers

Translate business challenges into technical solutions and facilitate quick go-live

Adoption & Value Quantification :

Support continuous adoption and usage with additional implementations

Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through challenges

Identify new use cases to support account growth and renewals

Customer Experience & Engagement :

Provide customer feedback to enhance organizational processes and customer experience

Contribute to Customer Business Reviews for process improvement

Roadmap Planning :

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into new solutions

Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and shape the long-term roadmap

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years in a technical implementation role

Willingness to work US Shift hours

Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success Engineer, Solution, Professional Services, Technical Support, or SME), preferably post-sales for SaaS enterprise software

Domain Expertise : PKI, DNS, Active Directory, Cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards

Certificate Lifecycle management / operations

PKI implementation processes

PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, and enrollment practices

Hands-on :

Kubernetes

Linux / Windows server management

Apache, IIS (application expertise)

Preferred : CISSP / CISM / CISA certifications

Excellent troubleshooting, deployment, organization, and multitasking skills

Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations

Exceptional communication (written & oral) and listening skills

Good To Have Skills

Fast learner with a strong drive for continuous technology growth

Experience in providing strategic feedback to improve products and processes
