I’m looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to drive C-level, leadership, and niche hiring while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to shape our talent strategy and employer brand.

What You’ll Do :

Lead end-to-end hiring for leadership and critical roles

Design & execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning & succession management

Build strong pipelines and elevate employer branding

Mentor and manage a team of recruiters for performance excellence

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Proven experience in leadership & strategic hiring

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Expertise in sourcing, ATS tools & market intelligence

✅ Ability to align hiring goals with business strategy

✅ MBA in HR preferred; multi-location hiring exposure is a plus
