About the role
The Global Service Delivery Senior Manager will support the Global Service Delivery Director in overseeing the end-to-end performance of outsourced finance operations across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (RTR). This role ensures that service delivery meets business expectations, drives continuous improvement, and maintains strong governance with the third-party provider and manage complete service catalogue.
Your responsibilities
Service Delivery Oversight
Monitor daily operations across OTC, PTP, and RTR towers to ensure SLA and KPI adherence
Act as a liaison between Reckitt and the third-party provider to resolve escalations and drive performance
Performance & KPI Management
Track and analyze key metrics such as GRIR aging, DSO, invoice cycle time, accrual accuracy, and reconciliation completeness
Governance & Compliance
Support governance forums, including operational reviews, service performance meetings, and audit readiness checks
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with regional finance controllers, procurement, supply chain, and commercial teams
Facilitate communication between Reckitt and the service provider to ensure alignment and transparency
The experience we're looking for
Qualified CA or Master's degree or bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
12-18 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or service delivery roles.
Prior experience managing outsourced finance processes (OTC, PTP, RTR) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
