Job Title : Assistant Manager- Sales

Reporting to : Head- Sales & Marketing

Job Location : Pune

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech- Mechanical Engineering

Exp : 8 - 12 yrs

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Achieve order booking targets for the Services Business.
• Ensure revenue recognition as per business targets.
• Deliver Profit Before Tax (PBT) outcomes aligned with the 'as-sold' sales targets.
• Manage renewals of existing contracts with a minimum 90% retention rate.
• Achieve PBT targets for contract renewals.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, focusing on sectors such as Automobiles, Textiles, Chemicals, Pharma, etc.
• Drive additional business for Value Added Services and Spares, with at least two spares orders annually.
