Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Vice President based in Kolkata. The Associate Vice President will be responsible for overseeing and managing business operations, leading strategy development, and ensuring the successful execution of business plans. The role involves monitoring market trends, establishing partnerships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The AVP will also manage teams, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure the growth and development of the business.

• Experience in the financial services or loan distribution industry is a plus
• Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
