Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Own and drive the B2C sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Design sales processes, scripts, and pitch structures aligned with consumer behavior and market trends.
- Define and track key performance metrics and implement actions for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership :
Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales managers, team leads, and sales executives.Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, KPIs, and incentive structures.Build succession plans and talent pipelines for scaling the team.Performance & Analytics :
Monitor daily / weekly / monthly sales performance and drive accountability across the team.Use CRM, dashboards, and analytics tools to generate insights and optimize conversions.Implement A / B testing and funnel optimization strategies for improved efficiency.Customer Experience & Retention :
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consultative selling and post-sale follow-ups.Collaborate with the customer success and product teams to improve customer feedback loops.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across customer lifecycle stages.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
