Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead with strong communication skills in Tamil . The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in managing customer support teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service executives.
- Ensure customer queries are resolved within defined TAT and with high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Monitor daily operations, team productivity, and SLAs.
- Handle escalations and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a team lead role.Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and good English communication.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.Good understanding of customer service metrics and quality standards.Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.Interview Process (Online) :
