Role Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic HR / Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience in handling the complete hiring lifecycle.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities across various job roles.
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
Analyze job descriptions and create effective recruitment plans, timelines, and advertising strategies to close positions efficiently.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Inform job applicants about job duties, responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
Execute onboarding initiatives to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and orientation programs.
Conduct exit interviews and complete employment termination paperwork.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Support HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to enhance hiring experience.
Desired Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Strong organizational and coordination skills
