Position : Solar PV Asset Manager

Experience : 9–12 Years

Salary : As per market standard

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and performance of Solar PV & Wind assets, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.

Oversee contractors and O&M teams, ensuring contractual obligations, safety, and quality standards.

Monitor asset performance, analyse data, and implement corrective measures for optimisation.

Prepare and deliver timely reports to lenders, customers, and management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, grid codes, and PPAs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with MSEDCL officials and other stakeholders.

Lead contract negotiations and vendor management for O&M service providers.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset value, reduce downtime, and improve returns.

Support due diligence, technical assessments, and integration of new projects.

Key Requirements

10–12 years of proven experience in Solar PV and Wind asset management.

Strong technical and operational understanding of renewable energy assets.

Hands-on experience in plant monitoring, performance optimisation, and reporting.

Experience in stakeholder management, including lenders, customers, and regulatory bodies.

Ability to lead and manage contractors and O&M teams.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with MSEDCL and renewable energy regulatory processes.
