What we're looking for

• Lead the planning and development phases of utility-scale solar projects, including site assessments, feasibility studies, and resource analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Oversee the construction phases of utility-scale solar plants, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.
• Utilize deep knowledge of solar technology to optimize the design and performance of utility-scale solar power plants.
• Implement best practices for maximizing energy output and operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
• Ensure projects are completed within established timelines, addressing any challenges proactively.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in construction and operation.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor and improve project quality.
• Maintain clear and open communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
