Objective of the role :
The role involvesmanagingand developingrelationshipswith the allocated segment(s). The primary objective is to understand the clients' financial goals, provide personalized investment advice, and offer tailored wealthmanagementsolutions to help clients achieve their financial objectives. The role includes working collaboratively with wealth advisors, investment teams, portfolio analysts, servicemanagersand clients.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining strongrelationshipswith the segment clients, both for new acquisitions and existing clients, by understanding their financial needs, risk tolerance, and long-term goals. Acting as the main point of contact for all financial inquiries and requests. Build and grow a very sustainable advisory franchise by achieving revenue and client goals for the firm.
- Actively participating in business development activities to expand the client base and acquiring new clients. This will involve networking, prospecting, and participating in marketing initiatives.
- Analyzing client investment portfolios including keeping track of portfolio performance, risk assessment and identifying areas to maximize client's financial goals and objectives.
- Working closely with the Advisory team to understand and disseminate the Advisory put out by the team for portfoliomanagementacross all asset classes. Work collaboratively with Products & Research team to discuss investment ideas, client feedback.
- Liaisoning with various internal departments involved inmanagingclient portfolios / relationships.
- Managingand meeting client expectations and objectives as described in the engagement letter and scope of services.
- Identifying and expanding the scope of work of therelationshipbased on clients' needs.
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base to increase revenue. Providing solutions to clients beyond investments and wealthmanagement, in areas such as, Philanthropy, Succession Planning including Trust and estate planning, family constitution, mentoring the next generation, providing education roadmaps, designing and implementation of stand operation procedures at the client's office, recruiting talent for the client family office, etc.
- Staying abreast of industry developments, market trends, participating in special projects and strategic department initiatives.
