We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for our events division, focusing on corporate parties, birthday celebrations, social gatherings, and other private events. The role demands strong client relationship skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to deliver tailored event solutions that create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Lead Generation : Identify and acquire new business opportunities from corporates, individuals, and event planners. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calls, social media, and referrals.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management : Understand client requirements and design customized event packages. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement : Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly / quarterly sales targets. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for parties and events.
- Event Coordination Support : Liaise with the operations and events team to ensure smooth delivery of client commitments. Provide clients with professional advice on themes, budgets, and event planning.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis : Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Job will include but will not be limited to :
Generate leads to potential business clients through proactive outbound prospectingFollow up on company-generated leads and obtain new leads through referralsIdentify and qualify clients by determining clients&apos requirements / expectations and recommend solutionsSupport our top clients and be a key player in guiding potential clients in making confident purchasing decisions by demonstrating the attributes of the company&aposs products or services.Build trust with our clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotesSet up and maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in our sales databaseRequired Skills :
0-3 years of Inside sales experience in a B2B & B2C process.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to think strategically about Event Managing & Artist Management.Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skillsProven evangelical sales track record in a new Entertainment / Media market environment.Understand the fundamentals of online sales, sales using software and sales tools.Education :
UG : Graduate in Any Specialization ( Minimum)
PG : PG in Any Specialization
