About the Role
As a Brand Solutions Executive (Sales) - Creative Services , you’ll be the frontline of client acquisition at Mad Men Marketing. You’ll prospect, pitch, and support in closing retainers and project-based deals , working directly under senior leadership.
This role is for ambitious hustlers who are passionate about the agency world and want to build a career in creative solutions sales —not just chase quick wins.
Key Responsibilities
Research and build a pipeline of potential clients in FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, and tech
Support in creating and delivering pitches, proposals, and case studies
Drive conversations with brand managers and marketing decision-makers
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation + deal closure targets
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align proposals with client needs
Stay updated on industry shifts and competitors to sharpen acquisition approach
Who You Are
1–3 years of sales experience in creative / advertising / digital agencies
Strong communication, networking, and persuasion skills
Comfortable pitching creative services (not just media buying or tech sales)
Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by ownership
