Job Summary
- The successful candidate will be part of Aspire GCFO Change PMO Team, taking complete ownership and accountability for PMO functions for the Journey he / she is assigned to, which includes budget controls for all projects within the Journey and complete accountability of all the processes of the project from conception stage to implementation and post-implementation review. Ensure all necessary governance steps are followed and completed as per the standards.

The candidate must have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience with banks, Financial Institutions or Consulting firms with strong project management skillsKey expectations
Strong Project management expertiseShould have strong expertise in Project Financials, Governance, RAID management &Resource management.Hands-on skill on any PPM application such as Clarity.Strategy
General awareness of the objectives of the programme and alignment of the objectives at initiative level with overall GCFO StrategyBusiness
Core Deliverables
Maintain comprehensive project documentation as per Change Delivery Standards.Allocation of the resources to the activities / tasks as per project requirements.Ensure project financials are always up to date.Create monthly forecast in collaboration with ITO PMO and the PM to ensure variance is below 5%.Establish a communication strategy to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the projectEnsure delivery of the benefits as per the project execution document.Provide updates / reports on weekly and monthly tasks.Support any ad hoc requests from the Program office, project managers and workstream lead.Ensure project hygiene and governance are well always maintained.Processes

Identify and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) on initiatives across the Programme and ensure on-time updates and escalations as per the Change Delivery Standards (CDS).Governance
