Key Roles And Responsibilities

To Monitoring Customer Complaints & minimizing complaints through action taken.

To Monitor all area PPM (Final Inspection & escalation to respective areas for improvement & provide support to achieved defined targets.

Responsible for adherence of Quality management system & align with TS 16949 / Customer requirements on monthly basis.

Effectiveness Monitoring of Corrective & preventive action plan.

Improve Customer Rating.
