We're Hiring! | SAP Quality Excellence Manager ( Implementation)

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Quality Excellence Manager Consultant to join our growing team for an exciting Greenfield SAP Implementation project!

Role : SAP Quality Excellence Manager

Location : Hyderabad(WFO)

Experience : 12–15 Years with SAP Implementation & Support.

The SAP Excellence Manager is the assurance engine of SAP Managed Services, ensuring every ticket, change, and deliverable shines with accuracy, compliance, and operational brilliance. This role safeguards standards, drives governance, and fuels continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.

Incident Quality & Knowledge Management

  • Audit SAP Incidents weekly for categorization, RCA depth, SLA compliance
  • Validate documentation : KBAs, troubleshooting guides, runbooks
  • Enforce Shift-Left strategy to reduce repeat incidents
  • Improve first-time-fix rate through knowledge reuse

Change & Release Governance

  • Review CR documentation : Functional Specs, Test Evidence, Approvals
  • Ensure all entry / exit criteria and RACI gates are met
  • Track release readiness and post-deployment validation
  • Prevent firefighting by enforcing quality checks upfront
  • PMO Advisory & Service Governance

  • Support Program governance : status reporting, RAID, dependency tracking
  • Facilitate CAB meetings and drive risk mitigation
  • Enable compliance with contract SLAs and SoX / audit requirements
  • Conduct periodic service reviews with stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify automation use-cases to reduce manual effort
  • Lead CSI backlog, measure benefits delivered
  • Introduce productivity accelerators and monitoring improvements
  • Benchmark performance against industry best practices
  • Performance Analytics & Insights

  • Publish dashboards : ticket trends, SLA adherence, stability indicators
  • Analyze business impact of incidents and changes
  • Present actionable insights to customer leadership
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the bridge between Delivery teams and Business
  • Conduct KT sessions, refresher workshops, and process coaching
  • Promote transparency through proactive communication
