In this role, you will perform day-to-day operational activities along with the team, along with continuously aiming for operational excellence. You will be interacting with the external and internal clients on a daily basis to help resolve issues, analyze process gaps and identify process automation wherever required. Part of the job is also to help with usage, leakage and contract status reports for the stakeholders and / or Management Team. You further drive efficiency optimization and contribute to overall strategy and client service for P&C Solutions
Key Responsibilities :
- Support respective P&C Solutions on a range of operational management activities and bring rigor and discipline to various related activities
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support a broad range of operational, and reporting activities at various levels
- Support communication of key P&C Solutions activities on SharePoint portal and other relevant mediums
- Drive operational optimization by constantly identifying opportunities and managing issue resolution
- Be integral part of the business growth enabler team, identifying operational excellence and automation at each stage
- First level user support according to KPIs in place
- Streamlining processes and collaborating with stakeholders for timely & quality delivery
- Identify process inefficiencies through gap analysis and outline sensible solutions
- Promote solutions externally at local client events, conferences etc.
- Promote solutions internally at SR Bangalore, build a strong network with local client managers
About you and Qualifications :
Educational background and professional experience
University degree or equivalentExperienced professional with at least 5 years experience, preferably in the re / insurance industryExperience in dealing with senior stakeholdersPrevious experience in an operations role seen as positiveTechnical and analytical skills
Sophisticated user of MS Office suite (in particular Excel)Organization skills previously demonstrated through project, team or committee managementAnalytical skills regarding technical and financial reinsurance dataAbility to present complex situations in an easily understandable wayInterpersonal and communication skills
