Job description

What You Will Do :

Lead the design and delivery of integrated SAP and non-SAP solutions for global procurement, planning, inventory, and quality management processes.
Architect scalable and efficient solutions within a highly customized SAP ECC AFS environment, promoting global standards and automation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and create detailed solution design documentation.
Configure and support SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, IM) and design custom solutions for procurement, subcontracting, inter-

company transactions, and production planning.

Manage the implementation of MRP, demand / supply planning logic, and custom reporting, including integration with cloud-based tools like SAP IBP.

Guide technical teams on ABAP enhancements, interface design, and automation solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture and performance goals.

Lead system testing cycles, oversee deployments, and provide ongoing support and monitoring for system stability.

Manage and mentor a Solution Engineer, plan the 6-12 month solution roadmap, and efficiently respond to service requests.

Must Have :

Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain functional areas (MM, PP, QM, IM), including at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations with solution design ownership.

Technical Skills : Hands-on configuration expertise in SAP ECC modules (MM, PP, QM, IM). Strong understanding of MRP, demand / supply planning, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Customization & Integration : Proven track record of designing scalable custom solutions in highly customized SAP environments, including ABAP debugging and collaboration on custom developments.

Process Knowledge : Deep experience in procurement planning, subcontracting, inter-company procurement, and inventory management.

Education : Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Applications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Location & Notice Period : Based in Bangalore and available to join with a 30-day notice period.

Nice to Have :

Hands-on experience with SAP IBP or equivalent cloud-based planning tools.

Experience working specifically in an SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) environment.

Knowledge of other SAP modules like APO or SRM.

An MBA or comparable postgraduate qualification.

Experience with Generative AI-assisted data analytics for solution design.
