We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM professional to drive business success through expert configuration and implementation of the system.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, OTL, Talent Management, and Benefits & Compensation modules.
Responsibilities include :
- Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet client needs
- Performing end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM
- Conducting functional testing, preparing test scripts, and supporting UAT
- Providing post-go-live support and handling change requests
- Creating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and SOPs
- Working with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations
Required skills and qualifications include :
7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modulesStrong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security rolesExperience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementationUnderstanding of HR processes and policiesFamiliarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plusStrong communication, documentation, and client interaction skillsOracle HCM Cloud certification is preferredBonus skills include :
