Job Title : Delivery Manager / Delivery Head (Healthcare Domain).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects across the Healthcare domain.
• Manage and mentor a large team of 50+ technical professionals including engineers, leads, architects, and project managers.
• Oversee project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, best practices, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align delivery outcomes.
• Drive project financials, resource allocation, utilization, and productivity improvements.
• Conduct regular delivery reviews, milestone assessments, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Utilize strong technical expertise in .NET-based applications to guide teams, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth execution.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and process automation within delivery operations.
• Manage escalations, mitigate risks, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all projects.
