Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle for sales and production teams
- Drive talent acquisition, employee development, retention, DEI initiatives, and employee satisfaction
- Collaborate with line managers and department heads to determine staffing needs
- Conduct recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and other talent sources
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Facilitate orientation programs to introduce company culture and expectations
- Identify training needs and organize training programs for sales and production staff
- Support career development and continuous learning initiatives
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes
- Address underperformance and disciplinary concerns per company policies
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to address employee concerns
- Implement recognition programs, team-building, and wellness initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and handle payroll queries
- Coordinate with finance for timely payroll processing
- Recommend updates to compensation and benefits policies based on market trends
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
- Address employee relations issues including grievances and conflicts
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy compliance
- Prepare HR reports on metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness
- Analyze HR data to provide organizational insights
- Collaborate with Health and Safety team to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Promote a safe working environment and coordinate safety training
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or production environmentsExperience with end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagementKnowledge of labor laws and employee relations in manufacturingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage change effectivelyPreferred Qualifications
Experience handling HR functions for both sales and production teamsKnowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER)Detailed knowledge of HRMS toolsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Fluency in EnglishSkills Required
