- Administrative Support : Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR records and databases
- Recruitment Support : Help HR staff with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate background checks and onboarding processes
- Employee Records : Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Orientation and Onboarding : Coordinate new employee orientations and assist with the onboarding process, including paperwork, training schedules, and introductions to company policies and culture
- Benefits Administration : Assist with benefits enrollment and answer employee questions about health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
- Payroll Support : Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, deductions, and tax-related matters
- Employee Relations : Handle routine inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues
- Escalate more complex concerns to HR managers.Compliance : Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations by keeping HR policies, procedures, and documentation up to date.
