Test Engineer

We are hiring for a reputed foreign MNC for position Test Engineer based in Bangalore.

We are looking for candidate who is having 5+ years of strong experience with automation testing, manual testing, API testing, performance testing, load and security testing, and experience of using JMeter tool.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Develop test cases for Web application & Mobile Applications.
• Prepare test reports and update test strategy or test cases whenever necessary
• Creation and maintenance of automation test scripts.
• Log and track detailed product defects.
• Good understanding of Manual testing concepts.
• Good understanding of REST API workflow, hands-on experience in API testing using POSTMAN, Selenium etc.
• Experience in designing and developing API automation scripts using POSTMAN preferably.
• Experience with working on performance testing using JMeter
• Work experience in collaboration tools like GitHub / Jira / Confluence etc.
• Ability to drive discussions with all stakeholders regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex material to wide range of audiences in plain language
• Working experience for any BFSI client in past would be added advantage

Education-Any graduate
