About the Role :
We are seeking a nativ or nativ-level English speaker, preferably an America or Indo-Americn professional , to join our team in India as a Language and Accent Trainer . The role involves training employees in spoken English, with a focus on Americn accent, business communication, cross-cultural interaction , and customer service etiquette . The goal is to help our workforce meet global communication standards, especially for working with Americn clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular training sessions on Americn English pronunciation, intonation, and fluency
- Design and deliver accent neutralization and Americn accent enhancement modules
- Improve employee confidence in verbal communication , telephone etiquette , and email writing
- Provide coaching on cross-cultural communication , especially in relation to Americn business practices
- Tailor training programs for different departments such as customer support, tech support , etc.
- Create and assess pre- and post-training evaluations to measure improvement and training effectiveness
- Work closely with management and team leads to identify specific communication challenges
- Stay updated with modern language training techniques and tools
Qualifications :
Americn or near-America fluency in English (preferably America accent)Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Communication, Linguistics, or related fields)Minimum 3-5 years of experience in English language training, accent coaching, or communication skills developmentExperience working with professionals is an advantageFamiliarity with fluency business culturesExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skillsPreferred Profile :
US citizen or Indo-America professionalWilling to relocate to or work in India for a fixed termPassion for teaching, coaching, and developing professionalsExperience in corporate training or BPO / IT / Customer Support sectors is preferred
