Your job :
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of apprenticeship training programs in Electrical Engineering and IT, ensuring alignment with industry standards and operational needs
- Lead and manage practical and theory-integrated training in Electronics, ElectricalEngineering, PLCs, Networking, and Microcontrollers
- Drive adoption of emerging IT topics including Programming, IoT, Cybersecurity, AI, BigData, and Cloud Computing
- Partner with Operations, TEC, and HR to define skill requirements, recruit apprentices, and guide selection processes
- Coach trainers, promote innovative teaching methods, and implement digital learning platforms (e.g.,FestoLX)
- Enhance training quality, ensuring alignment with German dual training standards and local industry demands
Your qualification :
8–12 years’ experience with 3-5 years in vocational or technical training, including curriculum design and apprentice developmentStrong background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or IT with hands-on expertise in industrial automation, PLC programming, and electrical installationsProven leadership and mentoring experience as a trainer, coordinator, or team leadIf you are interested in this opportunity, please fill out the attached form to share your details with us.
