Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Rasipuram. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. This role includes facilitating workshops, supporting trainees in their learning journey, and ensuring they gain the necessary technical skills and knowledge. The Technical Trainer will also collaborate with other team members to enhance and update training content as required.

• Experience in Technical Training, Training & Development, and delivering training sessions
• Proficient in creating and developing training materials
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to evaluate and assess training effectiveness
• Experience with E-learning platforms and training tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or related field
