Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Odoo Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo modules, project management practices, and client communication. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfullywithin scope, timeline, and budgetwhile maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee resource allocation, including internal teams and external contractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with client expectations and quality standards.
- Provide training, support, and documentation to clients during and after implementation.
- Coordinate closely with developers, consultants, and QA teams to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder communication to maintain transparency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) when applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.Deep understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.(ref : hirist.tech)
