Project Manager - ERP

Our client is a leading technology company in the E-commerce and ERP space, with a global footprint and a team of 1000+ professionals. Headquartered in Ahmedabad and with a strong presence in Mumbai, the company specializes in delivering scalable, customized digital commerce and ERP solutions to clients across the US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC. Known for its innovation and customer-centric approach, the company is rapidly expanding its ERP practice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects (primarily Odoo or similar platforms) from planning to delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (functional consultants, developers, QA, etc.).
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular client meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and company methodologies.
• Proactively identify project issues or roadblocks and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams during project handovers and initial scoping.
