Team Lead - Odoo

Role : Team Lead (Odoo)

(7+ years) : Lead the Odoo development team, deliver high-quality customizations, handle integrations, and mentor team members.

Location : Ahmedabad / Mumbai (Work From Office)

Type : Full-Time 5 Days a Week

Experience : Team Lead(7+ years) / Project Manager(10+ years)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead & Manage Odoo Projects-Oversee end-to-end Odoo project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery.
• Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and guide the Odoo development team; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Odoo Development & Customization : Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting, POS).
• Client Engagement : Work directly with international clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Third-Party Integrations : Implement and manage seamless integrations between Odoo and external systems / applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Accounting) for smooth project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with latest Odoo releases and industry trends; incorporate new knowledge into development processes.
• Ownership & Delivery : Take responsibility for timelines, quality, and successful completion of challenging projects.
