Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Manage Odoo Projects-Oversee end-to-end Odoo project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and guide the Odoo development team; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Odoo Development & Customization : Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting, POS).
- Client Engagement : Work directly with international clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Third-Party Integrations : Implement and manage seamless integrations between Odoo and external systems / applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Accounting) for smooth project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with latest Odoo releases and industry trends; incorporate new knowledge into development processes.
- Ownership & Delivery : Take responsibility for timelines, quality, and successful completion of challenging projects.
Required Skills & Experience :
Odoo Expertise : Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with latest Odoo versions, including default modules (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting, POS).Programming Skills : Strong proficiency in Python with solid OOP concepts.Functional Knowledge : Ability to map business requirements into Odoo solutions effectively.Integration Knowledge : Proven experience with third-party integrations in Odoo.Leadership : Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and promoting collaborative culture.Client Handling-ability to work with international clients(ref : hirist.tech)
