About the role :
We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Specialist in our Principal Contracts Team to draft, develop and establish contracts for the procurement of goods and services including Capital works projects.
You’ll be based in Leederville. It’s a lively suburb, with plenty of places to eat and hang out, and you’re only 5-minutes away from the nearest train station - An easy commute when you’re heading into the office.
What the role will involve :
Key skills and experience :
You will have extensive experience in development of contracts for goods, works and services, particularly in engineering and construction. A qualification in Construction, Engineering or Law will be highly desirable along with substantial experience within a similar role.
Your ability to build and drive positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be important in this role. You will have a solid understanding of contract law and principles and be familiar with Australian Standard Contracts (AS4000). You will have the ability to work autonomously and in a team. Be personable and approachable with a strong focus on customer service.
