Duties & Responsibilities

• Client Management :

Gather travel details from clients, understand their needs, and design customized itineraries based on budget and preferences.

Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel components through various booking platforms, negotiating rates with vendors where possible.

Create detailed itineraries with travel dates, accommodation information, transportation schedules, and planned activities.

Maintain relationships with travel suppliers like airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure smooth service delivery.

Track travel expenses, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Address any travel disruptions, emergencies, or client concerns promptly and effectively.

Ensure adherence to company travel policies, visa requirements, and local regulations.

Generate travel reports summarizing expenses, trip details, and key metrics.
