Position : Oracle HCM Senior Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Senior Functional Consultant with 10-15 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and a proven track record of successful implementations.

You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, with a strong focus on core functionalities and key business processes.

This role requires a strategic professional who can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide clients through complex transformations.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Consulting & Implementation :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal & Performance, and Benefits.
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, performing gap analysis and designing comprehensive solutions.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business needs and align with best practices.
