Functional Consultant - SAP HCM

Job descriptionEnsuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned. Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches. Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue. Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions. Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module. Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required. Provide standby or back-up support whenever required. Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required.
Qualifications :
Required Functional Skills :
- Atleast 7 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP HCM Functional modules like SAP PA, OM, Time Management.
- Should have expert experience in any one of the modules of Portal, HR Authorization, SAP ILM and Travel Management.
- HR ABAP coding or debugging skill is a plus.
- Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus.
- Any Graduation or higher in computer, Information Technology, or any IT degree. Sc(IT), MCA,
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
