Mern Stack developer - Dialogflow

Job descriptionDevelop and implement complex conversational flows, including intents, entities, and fulfillment logic using cloud functions, webhooks, or other appropriate technologies. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Implement and maintain robust error handling and logging mechanisms. Monitor and analyze agent performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards for the team. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dialogflow CX agent performance. Work with the team to establish best practices for testing, deployment, and monitoring of chat platform applications.

Skill :
Proven experience (2+ years) in developing and deploying chat solutions using Dialogflow CX,
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.
- Experience with API integration (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
