Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
• Lead project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain coding best practices.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, PMs) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and ensure proper project documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
